Photo Guidelines
and Instructions
Copyrighted photographs will not be accepted without written permission
from the photographer. A copyrighted photograph will usually be
identified as follows: 1) the words "copyrighted photo - do not
copy" imprinted on the back of the photo 2) a copyrighted logo or 3) a
professionally published photo or artwork. Please use a different
photo if you are in doubt as to whether your submission is copyright
protected.
We can accept any photo including digital files. When using prints,
anything above a 5x7 will work. For digital files, please provide high
resolution digital images, 1 MB or higher. Please keep in mind that
the better your image is, the better your finished product will be.
Also choose a photo with good focus and high contrast. Photos may be
cropped to best achieve a proportion of 8 x 10.
